Using box brownie mix and your choice of ice cream, this dessert comes together in a cinch. Lay out a dessert bar with an assortment toppings such as chopped nuts, caramel syrup, and fresh cut bananas for a fun party treat.
This recipe serves 16 and has a simple prep time of 25 minutes. Keep in mind the cake needs to freeze for at least 2 hours in order to firm up the ice cream!
